We are STILL swooning over these Texas Sunflowers from last summers wedding!
Charlotte and Bobby dated for 7 years before they tied the knot and we wanted to share a glimpse into their big day here with us! They opted for a Rustic/Country theme with blooms of beautiful Sunflowers. Their day was draped with gorgeous rays of yellow, vintage lanterns, baby’s breath & fresh greenery. When we asked the Bride & Groom where they went for their first date, she told us,
“Star gazing in the bed of his pick up truck.”
They love spending time and fishing together as well as their shared love for their mini dachshund, Penny!
Charlotte chose a stunning detailed A-line gown with a simple braided updo. Her burlap & lace wrapped bouquet was a stunning way to tie in this rustic/chic wedding! For their tablescapes they went with cedar planks, vintage lanterns, and topped it off with gorgeous sunflower arrangements! Did you know we have our very own wild sunflower field right at the venue? You should come check it out and see for yourself!
I must say, they did not skimp on their cake flavors and quite frankly I am sad that I did not get to try a piece! For the Bridal Cake, Charlotte went with a White Caramel with Lemon Drop Buttercream filling, my mouth is watering already. Bobby’s groom cake was Chocolate Fudge filled with Reese’s filling, holy taste buds!
They ended their perfect night with sparklers, their loving friends and family and headed off to Galveston for their honeymoon! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their families and wish them all the love in the world.
